Conceptual Design Services

• Consult all stakeholders to establish a desirable “General Landscape Image and Character”.
• Analyze existing site conditions, environmental factors, natural features, and program requirements that will affect and influence the design and arrangement of landscape features.
• Coloured renderings of landscape design

Design Development Services

• Coordination of exterior “Hardscape” design with that of the project including general grading, storm water runoff, paving, water features, walkways, decorative elements, and other fixed site furniture etc. Design of Nursery is part of this stage.
• Upon authorized approval of each stage of Design Development and Cost Estimate, further refine the concept in the form of construction documentation.

Working Drawings

Prepare complete Landscape plans at appropriate scale. These will include the following:

• Layout plan
• Civil construction drawings.
• Grading plan
• Storm water drainage & Irrigation proposal
• Lighting layout drawings
• Complete landscape planting plan

Construction Administration
 

• Evaluate / observe on-going construction activity
• Interpret Landscape construction documents.

Supervision of Landscaping Work 

• Employ hard landscaping supervisor (on extra cost)
• Employ specialist soft landscape supervisor (on extra cost)
